Players are responsible for keeping their availability up to date and withdrawing as early as possible when they cannot attend.

4. Match Changes and Cancellations
Match schedules, court assignments, and availability may change due to weather conditions, facility availability, or organizational requirements.
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel matches when necessary.

Participation fees may vary depending on the day and time of the match.

The service uses Google Gmail API, through an authorized Google account, to send operational emails related to padel matches.
These communications may include confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and cancellations.
The service does not use Gmail access to send unrelated advertising or sell personal information.
7. Personal Access Links
Each participant may receive a unique personal link to access their match availability and reservations.
Participants are responsible for keeping their access links private and must not impersonate other players or misuse the service.
